1. General Information:
   1.1. Ayni Artisans Online Gift Vouchers ("Gift Vouchers") can be purchased and redeemed exclusively on the Ayni Artisans website (the "Website").
   1.2. By purchasing and using a Gift Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Gift Voucher Purchase and Delivery:
   2.1. Gift Vouchers are available in electronic (E-Vouchers) and physical formats. 2.2. E-Vouchers are delivered via email and contain instructions to redeem them at the online checkout. The E-Vouchers are sent to the email address provided during the purchase. If you wish to include a personal message, you must provide your own email address during the purchase and manually forward the E-Voucher to the recipient.

3. Processing and Delivery Time:
   3.1. Gift Vouchers may take up to 24 hours to be processed and delivered. If you require urgent delivery of the Gift Voucher, please contact erica@ayni.co.nz to expedite the process.

4. Redemption:
   4.1. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed on the Ayni Artisans Website during online checkout.
   4.2. To redeem a Gift Voucher, the voucher code must be entered at the online checkout.
   4.3. If the total value of the purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance must be paid using an alternative payment method.
   4.4. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.

5. Expiry and Additional Fees:
   5.1. Ayni Artisans Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be used within this period.
   5.2. Gift Vouchers have no additional processing fees. The value of the Gift Voucher will be equal to the amount paid during purchase.

6. Lost or Stolen Gift Vouchers:
   6.1. Ayni Artisans is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.
   6.2. Treat Gift Vouchers as cash, as they will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without permission.

7. Non-Refundable:
   7.1. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Once purchased, the value of the Gift Voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for another Gift Voucher or product.

8. Misuse:
   8.1. Ayni Artisans reserves the right to cancel a Gift Voucher if we believe that it is being used fraudulently, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or in an otherwise improper manner.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
   9.1. Ayni Artisans may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will be available on the Website.
