What guides the practice

At Ayni, creativity is a way of paying attention — to ourselves, to one another, to the materials we work with, and to the world around us.

My practice is rooted in clay, but moves freely between ceramics, installation, writing, ritual and other forms of making. I am interested in connection, transformation, presence and the quiet ways we find meaning in being human.

I believe creative practice does not need to follow a fixed path. It can change as we do. It can be playful, uncertain, grounding, challenging or completely unexpected.

Ayni is a space for that unfolding, an evolving practice shaped by curiosity, freedom and the willingness to follow what wants to take form.
